智慧型貨車營運管理系統之建立

摘要

國內貨運業快速發展,彼此競爭激烈,提升運作效率以及提供最佳服務品質就成爲貨運業者致勝的關鍵。隨網際網路快速發展,將交易與服務提供在網際網路上是必然的 趨勢,網際網路上爲完全顧客導向服務的型態,因此貨運業者伺服端自動化的程度就成爲一重要的課題。本研究引用商用運輸管理系統智慧化的概念,並結合地理資訊系統進行車輛的定位監控,進而採用啓發式演算法解決車輛派遣問題,以快速回應網際網路上之使用者,滿足使用者需求,並同時透過網際網路上電子商務之應用,建構一完整的智慧化貨車營運管理系統雛形,該系統包括訂單輸入系統、客戶管理系統、訂 單管理系統、車輛管理系統、車輛定位派遣系統以及物件追蹤系統等六個系統。經實例驗證操作,本系統已能達到全面自動化、處理迅速化以及排程合理化等目標,可同時滿足使用者與管理者的需求。

Abstract

The rapid development in our freight industry has led to keen competition in the industry. As a result, operation efficiency and quality service have become the keys to success in the freight industry. With the current development of internet, to be able to provide internet transaction and services will be a definite trend. Internet provide a demand responsive service. Therefore, the automation of client in the freight industry has become an important topic. Based on the Intelligent Transportation System concept and the Geographic Information System for position monitoring, this study uses the heuristic algorithm to solve the problem of scheduling commercial vehicles. This will allow for a fast response to satisfy the needs of Internet customers. In addition, it will provide the framework for a complete intelligent transportation management system. This system will include six systems: an order input system, customer management system, order management system, vehicle management system, vehicle scheduling system, and shipment tracking system. After experimental operation, these systems have reached the targets of complete automation, process rapidly and reasonable scheduling.
