The Application and Development of the Linkage and Interaction System of Three Mediations in Hunan Province

Abstract

The linkage and interactions of three mediations is a mediation working mechanism under which people’s mediation, judicial mediation and administrative mediation are combined and linked. This mediation system aims at maintaining social harmony while giving due recognition to reason and law. The implementation of this system within Hunan Province in 2006 has had a commendable social impact.
