Uran und scine Entdeckungsgeschichte durch Martin Heinrich Klaproth

Abstract

Vor 200 Jahren wurde das Element Uran durch M. H. Klaproth entdeckt. In verschiedenen Angaben zum Entdeckungsjahr können recht unterschiedliche Jahreszahlen gefunden werden. Es wird gezeigt, daβ nur der 24. September 1789 als eigentliches Entdeckungsdatum angeshen werden kann.

This year the discovery of the element uranium by M. H. Klaproth is 200 years old. In the literature about uranium and its discovery one can find different data of years when tins element was for the first time described. It can be shown that the September 24, 17S9 must be really considered as the date of the discovery of uranium.
