Abstract
Two new sesquiterpene lactones, minimolides G (1) and H (2), were isolated from the supercritical fluid extract of Centipeda minima. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analyses of spectroscopic data including IR, HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR. Compounds 1 and 2 displayed inhibitory activity against human nasopharyngeal cancer cell line (CNE) with IC50 values of 61.4 and 28.7 μM, respectively.
