Abstract
Two new steroids, leiwansterols A (1) and B (2), along with three known ones (3–5), were isolated from the sclerotia of the fungus Omphalia lapidescen. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data. The isolated compounds showed weak anti-tobacco mosaic virus activity.
