Abstract

Three new saikosaponin analogs, comastomasaponins I–K (13), were isolated from the aerial portions of Comastomapedunculatum. The structures of these compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic data analysis, and their nitric oxide production inhibitory activity was evaluated invitro.
