Four new C₁₉-diterpenoid alkaloids from the roots of Aconitum ouvrardianum

Abstract

Four new C₁₉-diterpenoid alkaloids, 3-dehydroxyl-lipoindaconitine (1), 8-dehydroxyl-bikhaconine (2), 19R-acetonyl-talatisamine (3), and 16-hydroxyl-vilmorisine (4), were isolated from the roots of Aconitum ouvrardianum. Their structures were elucidated by spectral analyses, including ESI-MS, HR-ESI-MS, IR, UV, 1D and 2D NMR.
