Abstract

Three new tryptamine derivatives diaporols T-V (13) were isolated by adding tryptamine into the culture of Diaporthe sp., a fungus obtained from the leaves of Rhizophora stylosa. The structures of these compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and high resolution mass spectroscopic data. Among them, compound 1 showed moderate cytotoxic activity against SW480 cancer cell with IC50 9.84 μM.
