Abstract

Three previously unidentified polycyclic polyprenylated acylphloroglucinols (PPAPs) derivatives, hypseudohenrins I–K (13), along with a known analogue hyphenrone X (4), were isolated from the aerial part of Hypericum pseudohenryi. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated by NMR spectroscopy and ECD calculation. The anti-inflammatory activity of the compounds was evaluated. Compounds 13 showed mild anti-inflammatory activity while hyphenrone X showed prominent anti-inflammatory activity.
