Abstract

Chemical examination of the marine sponge Pseudoceratina sp. resulted in the isolation and characterization of two new dibromotyrosine-derived metabolites (12), and a new histamine-derived alkaloid (3), along with eight known dibromotyrosine based products. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and MS spectral data analyses.
