DeMond Shondell Miller
DeMond Shondell Miller is a Professor of Sociology, and Professor of Crisis and Emergency Management at Rowan University. His primary research areas include: natural and technological disasters, environmental issues, and community development/community satisfaction initiatives. John Thomas Mills
John Thomas Mills is the Assistant Director for Multicultural and Inclusion Programs in the Office of Social Justice, Inclusion & Conflict Resolution at Rowan University. He works with students and develops programming that encourages self-exploration and the interrogation of the systems that perpetuate social inequity. He also interacts with students in the classroom, teaching Introduction to Africana Studies and Critical Race Theory: Social Justice, Advocacy & Intervention at the undergraduate level and Diversity in Higher Education at the graduate level.
