Efficient Synthesis of Novel Polyfunctionalized Pyrazole Derivatives via Isocyanide-Based Three-Component Reaction

ABSTRACT

An efficient and facile one-pot synthesis is described for the preparation of polyfunctionalized pyrazole derivatives via three-component reaction involving an isocyanide with a dialkylacetylenedicarboxylate (DAAD) and 1,5-diphenylcarbazide in high yields.
