ABSTRACT
A novel copper (II) decorated on Fe3O4–chicken feather magnetic nanoparticles, denoted as Fe3O4–CF–Cu, was successfully prepared and fully characterized using FT–IR, SEM, TEM, EDS, TGA, XRD, ICP, XPS and VSM techniques. The activity of the prepared catalyst was studied in the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazoles by reaction of various azides and different terminal alkynes at room temperature under mild conditions. The reusability of the prepared nanocatalyst was examined five times with only a very slight loss of catalytic activity.
