Abstract
Heat transfer between two opposed nonisothermal jets under corotation is investigated numerically. The efficiencies of heat transfer between two jets under various system conditions are analyzed. The problem in the limit of zero rotating speed on one side is also included in this work. In this limit a critical rotating speed is found at which the efficiency of heat transfer is minimum. A comparison of the efficiencies of heat transfer among typical cases is made. The relevant results are physically interpreted.
