Abstract
In this article a new inverse scheme for solving boundary problems is presented. In a first part, the stability of the inverse algorithm is analyzed mathematically. In the second, and in order to investigate stability and accuracy, we have used the numerical tests proposed by Beck et al. and discussed by Kurpisz and Nowak [1], to compare the new scheme with that proposed by Raynaud and Bransier [2]. At the end, the new scheme is applied using practical temperature measurements to estimate a transient flux.
