Aligning practice with policy in vocational-technical education

Abstract

Technology has become a household word in all nations and its vital application in accelerating developments makes everyone adjust to the realities of technological explosions. The Nigerian Vocational-Technical Education teachers play key roles in executing government policies in Nigerian schools. However, the study provides evidence that teachers are not conversant enough with the policy. There is need to align practice with policy for proper technological developments.
