VIII. SUMMARY

The Kjeldahl method remains the method which will be used for the analysis of most samples of biological origin, the advantage being the “wet ashing” technique. The advantages of automation are apparent when applied either in whole or to part of the analytical process, and analytical performance is satisfactory.
