ABSTRACT
The foliar oil of Blepharocalyx cruckshanksii (Hook. & Arn.) Niedenzu (Myrtaceae) collected in Chile is dominated by limonene (51.65±5.26% or 13.86+0.87%) and α-pinene (17.28±9.18% or 15.60±2.20%) with lesser amounts of spathulenol (7.57±5.30% or 11.42±0.60%). The foliar oil of B. salicifolius (Humb., Bonpl. & Kunth) Berg collected in Argentina is dominated by 1,8-cineole (34.50+1.32%) and limonene (17.24+0.17%) with lesser amounts of linalool (7.26±0.14%).
