Essential Oil of English Ivy, Hedera helix L. ‘Hibernica’

ABSTRACT

The essential oil of stems and leaves of Hedera helix ‘Hibernica,’ analyzed by GC/MS, was found to contain germacrene D (15.85±2.82%), β-caryophyllene (15.50±1.57%), sabinene (13.40±1.40%), β-pinene (11.25±2.50%), limonene (10.99±0.47%), and α-pinene (10.18±2.90%)
