ABSTRACT
The leaf oil of Bouchardatia neurococca (F. Muell.) Baillon, obtained in 0.03–0.10% yield, was composed entirely of sesquiterpenes. The major components were β-caryophyllene (38.5%), α-humulene (16.1%), bicyclogermacrene (10.8%) and caryophyllene oxide (13.0%). Over 40 sesquiterpenes were detected in the oil.
