Abstract
The composition and intraspecific variability of the leaf oil of Lippia multiflora Mold. from the Ivory Coast were investigated by GC and Carbon-13 NMR spectroscopy. Four compositions were characterized : neral/geranial, 1,8-cineole, 1,8-cineole/neral/geranial and linalool. The composition of the oils obtained from air-dried leaves exhibited only slight quantitative differences from fresh leaves of the same plants.
