Abstract
Water-distilled oil from dried leaves of Origanum florihundum was analyzed by GC/MS. Seventy compounds representing 99.3% of the oil were characterized with carvacrol (40%), linalool (16.1%), p-cymene (12.4%) and γ-terpinene (12.2%) as main constituents.
