Abstract
The essential oil obtained from flowering shoots of Echinophora cinerea (Boiss.) Hudge and Lamond (Umbelliferae) was analyzed by GC/MS. Ninteen components were identified representing 98.9% of the oil with α-phellandrene (61.4%), β-phellandrene (10.7%), α-pinene (9.6%) and p-cymene (6.0%) as major constituents.
