Essential Oil of Ruta chalepensis L. from Greece

Abstract

The essential oil of the aerial parts of Auto chalepensis L. were investigated by GC/MS. Forty-four components were identified in the oil, representing 95.1%. The main components were β-phellandrene (10.7%) and 2-methyloctyl acetate (44.0%).
