1 To clarify the flow curvature term further we expand the flow term in Taylor series as Vo(x)Voo+(xLv1+x2Lv22)Voo, where, dVodx=VooLv1,12d2Vodx2=VooLv22. Here, the shear and the curvature contributions to the velocity profile are represented by the second and the third term in the Taylor series, respectively. So, it is different from the geometric curvature.
