Abstract

In order to search for highly active aniicancer and antiviral agent, a new type of novel phosphonotripeptides containing a uracil or thymine group was synthesized by means of two-step peptide coupling reaction with DCC as the dehydrating agent and N-hydroxysuccinimide as the activating agent of the carboxyl group. All products were characterized by 1HNMR, 31PNMR, IR spectra, and elemental analyses. The results of bioassay show that compound 8 g possesses potential anticancer activity.
