Fifteen new tris[(4-fluorophenyldimethylsilyl)methyl]tin O,O-dialkyldithiophosphates were synthesized and characterized by IR, 1 H NMR, MS spectroscopy, x-ray diffraction, and elemental analysis. The crystal structure of [(4-FC 6 H 4 SiMe 2 CH 2 ) 3 Sn] 2 O has been determined. The structure consists of four-coordinated tin atoms in a slightly distorted tetrahedral geometry with an O atom bridge between the two Sn atoms.
