Abstract
1,1′-(Azodicarbonyl)dipiperidine reacts with tris(dimethylamino)phosphine, trialkyl phosphites, phosphorus ylides, and Lawesson's reagents to give the phosphorodihydrazidic amide, oxadiazole, dihydropyridazine, ethylenic, and thicarbonyl products, respectively. The antibacterial and antifungal activities for the new compounds are reported.
