Preparation of Optically Active 4-Aminopyrrolidines by Radical Addition/Cyclization to Chiral N-(2-(Methoxyimino)Ethyl)-β-Amino-α-Methylene Esters

Abstract

Optically active 4-aminopyrolidines were prepared by radical cyclization induced by addition of tin radical to N-(2-(methoxyimino)ethyl)-β-amino-α-methylene esters, which were readily prepared by Michael/aldol domino reaction to chiral sulfinimines.
