Abstract
Incorporation of sulfur into desirable thio-link for further functionalization is available by two methods, which are clearly emerging from available pool of tools, specifically, Thiol Michael Enone Addition (TMEA) and thiol-ene coupling (TEC). Both approaches are highly stereoselective, and form adducts in overall high yield.
