RESUME:

La synthèse d’une série de dérivés de pyrazolotriazines est décrite en deux étapes. L’action de l’hydrazine sur les thioamides phosphonylés conduit à la formation de 3,5-diamino-4-phosphonopyrazoles qui réagissent avec l’imidate N-acylé pour donner les pyrazolotriazines phosphonatées correspondantes.

The synthesis of a series of pyrazolotriazine derivatives in two steps is described. The reaction of hydrazine with phosphonyl substituted thioamides leads to the formation of 3,5-diamino-4-phosphonyl-pyrazoles. The latter react with methyl N-propionyl benzimidate yielding the corresponding phosphonyl substituted pyrazolotriazines.
