Abstract

p-Type organic field-effect transistor (OFET) property of the air-stable 1,3-diphosphacyclobutane-2,4-diyl was preliminarily characterized and discussed based on the physicochemical properties and the crystal structure.

ACKNOWLEDGMENTS

The authors thank Prof. J.-i. Nishida, University of Hyogo, and Prof. Yoshiro Yamashita, Tokyo Institute of Technology, for supporting the OFET study. Mr. Makoto Kobayashi and Ms. Trang Thi Thu Ngo supported this work. IP was recorded with a Riken Keiki AC-2 spectrometer.
