We herein present the synthesis and structural characterization of novel monomeric, NHC-stabilized silylphosphinogallanes of the type [(NHC)Et2GaPH(SitBuPh2)] for different NHC-ligands as well as one example of a derivative containing the higher homologue arsenic [(IMes)iPr2GaAsH(SitBu2Ph)]. The influence of different NHCs on the electronic and structural parameters of monomeric compounds is specified.
