ABSTRACT

An efficient and facile synthetic approach towards a variety of novel 1,2,3-triazole derivatives containing a 1-hydroxyalkane-1,1-bisphosphonate moiety has been developed through the copper-catalyzed ultrasound-assisted 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction and the following hydrolysis and phosphorylation reaction. The structures of all the new compounds were elucidated by 1H, 13C, 31P NMR spectroscopy and HR MS.
