Abstract

It is known that trivalent phosphorus acid amides(TPAA) in he presence of amine hydrohalides and other weakacids readily phosphorylate proton-containing nucleophiles. This reaction has received wide acceptance in the synthetic practices including the production of oligonucleotides. At the same time, little is known about its chemistry.
