α-SUBSTITUIERTE PHOSPHONATE 63.1 SYNTHESE UND REAKTIONEN VON 2,2-DICHLORVINYLBISPHOSPHONAT

Abstract

2,2-Dichlorovinylbisphosphonate 6 can be prepared from currently available 1-amino-2,2,2-trichloro-ethanebisphosphonate 5 by deamination/dechlorination. Synthesis and reaction of keteneacetals 8, 10, 13, 14, 16, keteneimine 9 and bisphosphonoacetamides 11, 15 are reported. Tautomeric equilibriums between ketene-N,N-acetals 10, 16 and bisphosphonoacetamidines 12, 17, respectively, are described.
