REACTION DES BASES CONJUGUEES DE PHOSPHORANES A LIAISON P-H SUR LES α-CETOACIDES. STABILISATION DES INTERMEDIAIRES REACTIONNELS

Abstract

Triethylammonium salts of unusual α-phosphoranyl-α-hydroxyacids have been prepared by reacting hydridophosphoranes with pyruvic, phenylpyruvic and keto-2-glutaric acids, in the presence of triethylamine. These compounds react with phosphorus trichloride or (and) chloro-2-dioxaphospholane-1,3,2 giving new polynuclear spirophosphoranes.

Les sels de triéthylammonium d′α-phosphoranyl-α-hydroxyacides ont été préparés en faisant réagir des phosphoranes à liaison P—H sur les acides pyruvique, phénylpyruvique et céto-2-glutarique, en présence de triéthylamine. Ces composés réagissent sur le trichlorure de phosphore ou (et) le chloro-2-dioxaphospholane-1,3,2 pour donner de nouveaux spirophosphoranes polynucléaires.
