Abstract

Reduction of the disaurine 1 in two different reaction conditions gave products 2 and 3. Hydrazine hydrate reacted with 1 to give the adduct 4. Sulfurization of 1 or 6 with P4S10 yielded the trithione 5. Reaction of 5 and 6 with several reagents yielded the products 7–17.
