NOUVEAUX DECONTAMINANTS. DESTRUCTION OXYDATIVE D'UN SILIMI DE L'YPERITE: PHENYL-2 CHLORO-2′ DIETHYLSULFURE PAR LE MONOPERSULFATE DE POTASSIUM

Abstract

The reaction of potassium monopersulfate (CUROX or OXONE) with 2-phenyl 2′-chloro diethylsulfide PhCH₂CH₂SCH₂CH₂Cl goes to completion in a very short time. The intermediate chlorinated sulfone PhCH₂CH₂SO₂CH₂CH₂Cl leads the phenethylvinylsulfone PhCH₂CH₂SO₂CH=CH₂ by HCl elimination.

La réaction du monopersulfate de potassium (CUROX ou OXONE) avec le Phényl-2 chloro-2′ diéthylsulfure PhCH₂CH₂SCH₂CH₂Cl est une réaction très rapide. Le produit formé est essentiellement la chlorosulfone PhCH₂CH₂SO₂CH₂CH₂Cl qui par perte d'acide chlorhydrique conduit à la vinylsulfone correspondante PhCH₂CH₂SO₂CH=CH₂.
