Abstract

Trialkylsilylphosphites (1a–1d) and trialkylsilylphosphates (2a–2d) were synthesized in good yield by a facile method. The method could be easily used to prepare P[sbnd]O[sbnd]Si bond and P[sbnd]Si bond compounds from dialkylphosphites and trialkylchlorosilanes.
