Abstract
1,3,2-oxathia-phospholane or -phosphorinane 2-sulfide derivatives 2 and 3 are readily accessible by reaction of the triethylammonium salts 1 of diesters of the phosphorotetrathioic acid with ω-bromo alcohols under mild conditions.
