Triphenylbismuth Difluoride–A Novel Reagent for the Oxidative Fluorination of P(III), Se(II) and Sb(III) Compounds

Abstract

Triphenylbismuth difluoride, Ph₃BiF₂, is a mild source for the oxidative fluorination of organic compounds of P(III), Sb(III) and Se(II), bearing electron donating, non-bulky substituents.
