Abstract

The synthesis and characterization of some aryl-substituted boron-sulphur heterocycles (Ar2B2S3 and Ar3B3S3) from ArBBr2 (Ar = Ph, 2-MeC6H4, 3-MeC6H4, 4-MeC6H4, 4-EtC6H4, 3,5-Me2C6H3, 2,4,6-Me3C6H2) and sulphur containing reagents (Me3C)2S2, (Me3Si)2S and HgS are described.
