Abstract
A variety of 1,3,4-oxadiazoles 1 linked to the N atom of the phenothiazine framework through a two carbon atom chain has been prepared by condensation of the 3-(10H-phénothiazin-10-yl)propionic hydrazide 2 with different sulfurated reagents (CS2, isothiocyanates, O-ethyl thiocarboxylates) and subsequent cyclization of the resulting products.
Divers 1,3,4-oxadiazoles 1 reliés à l'atome d'azote de la phénothiazine par un segment carbonk à deux atomes ont été préparés par condensation de l'hydrazide de l'acide 3-(10H-phénothiazin-10-yl)propionique 2 avec différents réactifs soufrés (CS2, isothiocyanates, thiocarboxylates de O-ethyle) et cyclisation des produits obtenus.
