MILLARAY MARINCEVIC, GERARD TOBIN, & RICHARD ROSENQUIST

Please note the following:

The location of the two PIK3CA mutations detected in patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia has unfortunately been given incorrectly. The correct positions are as follows: the novel mis-sense mutation is located at codon 1019 (3055A-T, Ile1019Phe), whereas the second mutation which represents a silent mutation is found at codon 1025 (3075C-T, Thr1025Thr).
