This paper reports on a national survey of Deans and Directors of Schools of Social Work examining the administrative accounting of sexual harassment. With more than fifty schools indicating some problem with sexual harassment during the last 5 years, this paper details the extent and sources of the problem and the administration response to reported incidents.
