Abstract
The third Japan-Korea meeting on neutron science was held at the beautiful International NuclearTraining and Education Center of KAERI, Korea, from February 27-28, 2003. It was a continuation of two previous (Korea-Japan) meetings held at KEK, Japan, in 2000 and 2002. This year, the meeting was particularly successful with over 60 participants and 20 speakers and 10 posters. A one-day tutorial course was held before the meeting with the participation of 90 young scientists and students.
