Doug Cheney is the director of the Institute on Emotional Disabilities at Keene State College, New Hampshire, and principal investigator for four federal and state projects concerning the functioning of students with emotional and behavioral disabilities in regular classrooms. Howard S. Muscott is director of special education programs and an associate professor at Rivier College, Nashua, New Hampshire.
