Izumi Okado, PhD, is a postdoctoral fellow and Randall F. Holcombe, MD, MBA, is the director and a professor at the University of Hawaii Cancer Center (UHCC), Honolulu, Hawaii. Okado completed her PhD in psychology at the University of Hawaii at Manoa. Holcombe is also a professor at the John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawaii at Manoa, Honolulu, Hawaii. Dr. Holcombe has over 20 years of experience in conducting academic research in oncology, directing over 300 cancer clinical trials, health services, and translational laboratory research.
