Victor A Regnier
Victor A Regnier is Preceptor of Urban and Regional Planning and head of the Environmental Studies Laboratory of the Andrus Gerontology Center, University of Southern California. His architecture, planning and research background in education and practice, coupled with the University's Community Program Division, provided the unique opportunity for applied work with the Division of Senior Citizens' Affairs of Long Beach, as reported in this article.
